Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office

It is said that in 1908 Saint Pope Pius X renamed the "Inquisition" as the "Supreme Sacred Congregation of the Holy Office".  Not quite as scary of a name anyway.

It is said that in 1965 Pope Paul VI again renamed to be the "Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith".

This seems to indicate that the Inquisition is still alive and well. What do they do now?
