Son of God

This is said to have been an ancient title used for everyone who was claiming kingship. See "The Hiram Key" page 49.  Kings were almost always considered to be God and they ruled by divine right.

Since Osiris was considered God his son Horus was the Son of God and all future rulers were known as the Son of God since the ruler was considered to be Horus, or God

Jesus Christ is said by the Christians to be the Son of God.  It is said that Jesus Christ was the King of the Jews, thereby indicating the ruler of the Jews so Jesus Christ would be considered the Son of God just like Horus was considered the Son of God, which meant anyone who was claiming kingship.  Christianity considers Jesus Christ as being God, in addition to being the Son of God.  This was done by a vote at the Council of Nicaea in 325 AD.

Does the word 'Son" have anything to do with the word 'Sun'?  Could Christianity be a more modern version of Sun Worship?  Much seems to be the same as that of the ancient Sun Worshipers.

As you may have noticed, my studies often have created more questions than answers.
