Senior Recruitment Program 

This is a program instituted by the GLOP whereby a Mason over 60 years of age can become excused from paying dues to his Lodge and to the GLOP if he is the first line signer of 2 petitions for men who are under the age of 30.

It may or may not be a good idea but it is now official, at least in Pennsylvania after 13 Oct 2010. Who knows how long this ruling will be in effect?
