Secretary Duties wrt Century Club

Starting with the 2010 Masonic Year, at least in Pennsylvania, any member who has conferred a minimum of 100 degrees can get a Century Club Award.

It will probably be the duty of the Secretary to verify each of these degrees by researching the Lodge Minutes.

There is a form to complete but I do not know who is to complete the form.  Probably the Secretary is the only one with access to this data in a Lodge.
