Secretary Duties with respect to School of Instruction Dues

Like most things that happen in a Lodge, the paying of the Dues of the Masonic School of Instruction seems to be the responsibility of the Secretary of the Lodge.  No surprise there.

About the end of the Masonic Year the Secretary should determine the total number of Members in his Lodge and list the total dues owed as one of the bills to be paid by the Lodge.

The December Meeting is probably a good time to do this job.

A Lodge Check should then be mailed or delivered to the Treasurer, or Secretary, of the School of Instruction. I am not sure who gets the money, or what they do with it.
