Secretary Duties with respect to Proficiency Pins

The introduction in 2010 of Proficiency Pins has led to an additional duty being added to the many duties of the Secretary since the Secretary will now have to track the Proficiency of the Brothers with respect to their ability in the Conferring of Degrees.

A letter from the Secretary of the Lodge stating that a Brother has Conferred all Three Degrees is considered proof that the Brother is Proficient and thus makes that Brother eligible to receive a Proficiency Pin.

The Secretary of the Lodge needs to go through the records and determine which Brethren are eligible to receive the Proficiency Pin.
