Secretary Duties for September

After having created a list of all 50 Year Members, the Secretary of the Lodge shall make provisions for Remitting the Dues of the 50 Year Members. It can probably also be done in October or November but might as well be done in September. This action must be listed in the Minutes of the Stated Meeting.
