Scotland 

Many of the Knights Templar who escaped the wrath of Pope Clement V in 1307 wound up in Scotland.  Other members of the Knights Templar may have made it to the land that became America in 1308.

Scotland was very supportive of the Knights Templar and did not seem to care that Pope Clement V wanted the Knights Templar exterminated.
