Saint Bernard  

AKA Bernard de Clairvaux or Bernard of Clairvaux and perhaps as Bernard of Fontaine.


Attended the Council of Troyes in 1128 when he was the Abbot of Clairvaux.  He was a spiritual leader.  He caused a great many men to join the monasteries. (See "The Knights Templar and their Myth" page 4)


Shortly after the Council of Troyes Saint Bernard and then he merged the Celtic Church with his own Cistercian Order. (See "Rule by Secrecy" page 309)


He suggested that the Knights Templar wear a cloak with a white front to distinguish them from the Knights Hospitaller who wore black. (See "The Templar Pirates" page 28)


It is said that Saint Bernard knew the Great Secret and was one of the Guardians of the Great Secret and that he was a member of the Priory of Sion. (See "The Templar Pirates" page 35)


He was born in 1090 near Dijon. His older brother was the Count of Fontaine. (See "The Second Messiah" p 75)  He was activated to persuade Pope Calixtus I to establish a formal military order to protect Jerusalem.
