An early name for the Saint John's River near Jacksonville, Florida which is where the First Battle for Religious Freedom was Fought in America. This battle was between Lutherans and Catholics and the Catholics wound up murdering all the Lutherans who did not claim to be Catholics. (See MPD_0015 for more information.)
What a great Christian attitude the Catholics had at that time! Of course the Holy Bible does encourage the murdering of non-believers which is one teaching of the Holy Bible that its followers have done a good job of obeying. All of the Revealed Religions seem to believe that killing for the name they use for the Supreme Being is a good idea.
