Remote Viewing 

Remote Viewing is a process where a person, probably highly trained, thinks about a location or event and determines what has happened there, or what is happening there, without actually being there.  Remote Viewing seems to have been at least somewhat successful.

The American CIA and the Russian KGB both seem to have been involved in the use of Remote Viewing.
