Religious Tolerance

Religious Tolerance is the ability of a person, organization, Religion or Country to allow others to hold and practice religious beliefs that do not totally agree with the religious beliefs of the main Religion, or Religions of a country.

Most Religions, especially Expansionist Religions, have very little Religious Tolerance of other religious beliefs.  They 'know' that they are correct and want you to believe as they believe.

The lack of Religious Tolerance is probably the best form of population control ever invented by mankind.  It seems more people have been murdered by Religions than by anything else.

The thinking goes something like this: If you do not believe the same way we my religion believes, and if you do not call the Supreme Being by the same name that my religion uses then you must be a pagan or heathen unfit for life and therefore you need to be eliminated by being either converted or killed.

Revealed Religions like Christianity and Islam seem to really love killing people for God because they think that God wants them to kill those who have a different understanding of God.  God knows that these religions have done a marvelous job of murdering men, and women, who did not believe exactly as they did or do.

Sometimes I think this world would be better off if there was no religion.

Real Religious Tolerance is a fiction in most countries and probably always will be as long as Religion exists upon the planet.
