Reading the Minutes of a Lodge Meeting

At each Stated Meeting of a Lodge the Secretary of the Lodge shall read the Minutes of the previous Stated Meeting and those of any Extra Meeting or Special Meeting.

As of Year 2010 the Secretary of the Lodge may read only a summary of the Minutes if the Worshipful Master requests the Secretary of the Lodge to read a summary of the Minutes as long as a complete copy of the Minutes is available to the members to read after the meeting if thy desire.  This is explained in Article 56.10 of the Digest of Decisions according to a letter from the GLOP dated 01 September 2010.
