Ptar
This seems to be the name used for the Ra, or Re, by the Egyptian city of Memphis. Ptar was considered as the earthgod. See "The Hiram Key" page 100.
It is interesting to note that if an 'e' is added between the 'P' and the 't' of 'Ptar' to make it easier to pronounce one gets Peter who, as I understand it, is the person that each Pope is considered to be. The Pope, again as I understand it, is thought to be about the the same as God on Earth (earthgod?).
