Petition For Membership Only

This Petition is used by a man who was previously a Mason who wishes to rejoin either his old Lodge or another Lodge in Pennsylvania.  This can be used by any Mason who is in Good Masonic Standing in Pennsylvania.

This petition is only used in Pennsylvania, as far as I know.

I have provided a PDF version of this Petition that can be printed on most computers.  You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view this file.  It is free and can be downloaded form Adobe.

It should be printed on one piece of paper so it may be easier to print both sides and then replace the paper in the printer the correct way and reprint the backs so that you wind up with 2 copies.  The spare one will be useful if you make a mistake.

After completing the petition it should be sent or delivered to the Secretary of the Lodge along with any dues that are owed.
