Consists of countries that admit to having, or are known to have, nuclear weapons.

Israel is considered to also have nuclear weapons.  They were probably give to Israel by the USA, or perhaps Israel stole the plans from the USA in order to make their own.

Pakistan and North Korea may also have nuclear weapons.  Perhaps other countries also.
