Newton, Sir Isaac 

Perhaps the greatest Scientist or Philosopher who ever lived on Earth.

Lived from 4 January 1643 – 31 March 1727 [OS: 25 December 1642 – 20 March 1727]

Newtonian Physics is named after Sir Isaac Newton.

Newton is said to have considered King Solomon to have been the greatest philosopher of all time.  It is said that Newton predicted the Second Coming of Jesus Christ for the year 1948.   This is said to have been based upon measurements of King Solomon's Temple.  Oh well, Newton was still a great philosopher.  (See The Little Book of Freemasonry p42)

Newton is not usually considered to have been a Freemason, but who knows.
