Nachash 

The Hebrew word for Snake or Seprent, perhaps the one who talked to Eve in the Garden of Eden and convinced her to eat the forbidden Apple. 

As a noun is seems to mean Snake, Seprent or one who practices divination. (See MPD_0009 P1)
