Mobius Strip
A simple paper construction which seems to have only one side. It can be constructed by cutting a narrow strip of paper, twisting one end through 180 degrees then gluing that end to the other untwisted end. It easily takes the shape of a sideways Eight, which we consider to be the symbol for infinity.
Since the one surface seems to continue forever, the Mobius Strip has long been used as a symbol of Death and Resurrection, as well as the modern use of the sideways figure Eight as the Symbol for Infinity.
It is said that the Tarot Cards are often laid out in the shape of a Mobius Strip. To date I know very little about the Tarot Cards but I will probably learn more as my studies continue.
