Japanese Aircraft Carriers used against Hawaii
The Japanese used 6 aircraft carriers in the attack on Pearl Harbor on 07 December 1941. They were under the command of Vice-Admiral Chuichi Nagumo.
They were:
1) Akagi (Later sunk by America during the Battle of Midway)
2) Hiryu (Later sunk by America during the Battle of Midway)
3) Kaga (Later sunk by America during the Battle of Midway)
4) Shokaku (Later sunk by America during the Battle of West Marianas)
5) Soryu (Later sunk by America during the Battle of Midway)
6) Zuikaku (Later sunk by America during the Second Battle of the Philippine Sea)
Good job America - we sunk them all! Too bad for Japan that we had to nuke them to get them to surrender. I thank God for the Atom Bomb since my father was scheduled to be involved in the planned invasion of Japan which did not need to happen because of the Atom Bomb. Therefore he lives and I was born. Praise be to God.
