Is Freemasonry Anti-Catholic? 

Answer: No.  

Freemasonry accepts members of the Catholic Church as Freemasons.

Freemasonry considers the Catholic Religion to be as good as any other Religion that holds a belief in the one Supreme Being.  Freemasons care not what your religious beliefs are as long as you believe in the Supreme Being.

The animosity of the Catholic Church toward the Freemasons is a one-way street that is directed against the Freemasons by the Catholic Church.
