Initiation and Admission Fee For Freemasonry 

This is the fee paid by the Candidate for Freemasonry to the Lodge he hopes to join.

The Initiation and Admission Fee cannot be less than $175.00 of which $25.00 must be placed in the Permanent Fund of the Lodge.  Each Lodge can charge a higher Initiation and Admission Fee with the approval of the GLOP.  If a man is made a Mason in one Lodge and does not take the 2nd and 3rd degrees in that Lodge, he must pay a fee to whatever Lodge he decides to take his 2nd and/or 3rd degree in.

The Initiation and Admission Fee must be paid in full for all three degrees before initiation.

A $5.00 contribution to the George Washington Masonic National Memorial Association and is included in the original Initiation Fee only.  This fee was approved by the GLOP on 04 June 1980

The Lodge Fee for Initiation and Admission should include the $100.00 fee for the GLOP for the initiation of a Brother from another Jurisdiction.
