Holy Grail

It seems that no person really knows what the Holy Grail is.
Whatever it was, or is, if it still exists or ever existed, has caused a lot of speculation.
Some say it is the cup used by Jesus Christ at the Last Supper. It is said to have been retained by Joseph of Arimathea.
Some say it was the cup used to collect the blood of Jesus Christ as he died on the cross.
Some say it was the cup used by Jesus Christ at the Last Supper.
Some say it may be a book of the Secret Teachings of Jesus Christ.
Some say it is the Bloodline of Jesus Christ.
Some say that the Knights Templar found it and that the discovery led to their increase in influence and wealth.
Some say that the Freemasons have it stashed away in a secure location.
It could be the 'stone upon which kings are made' or perhaps anything that you wish for it to be.
It could be in a government warehouse labeled as 'Artifact, Unknown'.
Where could it be if it exists, or if it ever existed? Perhaps in some government warehouse, perhaps in a museum or a private collection, or perhaps buried somewhere. If it was made of Gold or Silver it may have been melted down after being sold for scrap as the once great American Dollar continues to decline in value. It it was an organic material it has probably rotted away and turned in to fertilizer for some form of life to use. Perhaps it never existed and is a figment of someone's imagination. Perhaps it was invented to farther some agenda of the Christian Church. (Perish the thought, but, would a Church ever 'invent' something to make itself more desirable? Of course, in order to gain more power an money a Church would do such a thing.) If anyone really knows what the Holy Grail really is, or where it is at if it exists, they are not talking.
Perhaps it was in a box of stuff I bought at a Flea Market or at the New Wilmington Volunteer Fireman's Auction. It could be stashed in my garage or I may have sold it for scrap. Who knows. Since its identity is unknown we will never know what it is, or was, if it ever existed.
If it was a tangible item it was probably converted into one or more pictures of dead American Presidents of Founding Fathers.
Lots of people 'know' what it is and others think they know what is is so feel free to come up with your own idea. All ideas are probably equally valid which means that none of them are worth very much, unless you write a book about it that sell a lot of copies.
Since we do not really know what is was or is we will never know if we have found it.
The Legend of the Holy Grail seems to have a connection to the Tarot. (See "The Second Messiah" Chapter 4 and 5)
Many people have claimed to have the Holy Grail, so either they are telling falsehoods, or there are a lot of things considered the Holy Grail. We will probably never really know what it is, was, or if it even ever existed.
It is said that Joseph of Arimathea took the Holy Grail to England. (See "The Second Messiah" p 108 & 112)
See "The Second Messiah" Chapter 5 for a lot more information about the Holy Grail)
