Fulk of Anjou

Fulk of Anjou is said to have gone to Jerusalem to visit the Knights Templar in 1121 to check on their progress in their excavation under the ruins of King Herod's Temple.  He later became king of Jerusalem.  (See "The Second Messiah" p 83)

King Baldwin II of Jerusalem has a daughter named Melisende who married the widowed Fulk of Anjou. This is said to have occurred in order to continue the bloodline of Rex Deus families as the leaders of Jerusalem. (See "The Second Messiah" p 84)
