Said to have been a clandestine US operation that may have involved the 303 Committee and/or the USS "Liberty" in 1967 when Israel attempted to sink the USS "Liberty" even though the USA has been the best friend Israel has ever had.  Israel seems willing to screw America any time she gets the chance.
