Francken, Henry Andrew

He was a Dutch Mason who assisted Estienne Morin in spreading the Order of the Royal Secret to America in about 1767.  He established a 'Lodge of perfection' in Albany, New York, where he conferred the Ineffable Degrees (4-14) that he had learned from Morin.
