Nathan Bedford Forrest

Nathan Bedford Forrest was a General in the CSA Army.

Said to have been a Freemason and friendly with Albert Pike.

Forrest is said to have been a slave-owner, which was the accepted norm in the South at that time.

Forrest is said to have massacred a few hundred Union troop after the surrender of Fort Pillow in April 1864.

It has been said that Forrest and Pike created the KKK. (See MPD_0017)
