Force 

In Physics: The SI unit of Force is the newton.  The US Customary unit of measure is the pound.  Force is a push or a pull upon an object.

    Centripetal Force

        F_centipetal = (mass)(tangential velocity)²/(radius of circle)

    Force needed for acceleration:

        F = Force = (mass)(acceleration)

    Gravitational Force of attraction between 2 masses

        F = (G)(M1)(M2)/R²  

Force is also used to indicate the control that a government, person or religion has over someone that compels that person to act in a certain way.
