The First Meeting of Wilmington Lodge No. 804 was actually held at the Scottish Rite Cathedral in New Castle, PA.  It was held on 08 July 1965. Thirty Members and nine Visitors were Present.

DDGM Oscar Shoup was present.

The August meeting was cancelled.
