These people have been identified by various sources as having been members of the Craft. Not all are verified by Masons known to me.
Freemasons do not become famous because they are Freemasons, they become famous because they did something great for society.
We as current Freemasons probably have no Lawful Masonic Information that many of these men were really Masons. We do have a lot of old Masonic Records that indicate that at least most of these men were in fact Masons.
