The plural of cult is cults.

What is a cult?

A cult seems to be a group of people with similar beliefs, usually religious, that does not totally agree with your specific beliefs.

Christianity seems to consider other religious groups who do not follow the Christian beliefs to be cults or Pagans.

Christianity was a cult in its early years.  It is still considered a cult by many, but not by Christians since the Christians 'know' that they are the only 'correct' Religion.

All Religions start out as cults.

A Cult should not be considered a bad thing, just different.

Cults can be good or they can be bad, or they can simply exist and be neutral. 

Once enough people join a Cult it ceases to be called a Cult.

Freemasonry is considered by some people, mostly Anti-Masonic people, to be a cult.  At least in America they are entitled to their opinion.  i care not what these brainwashed losers think.
