Conditional Resignation
A Conditional Resignation is used by a member of a Lodge to transfer his membership from one Lodge to another. If the transfer is not approved he remains a member of his original Lodge as long as he continues to pay his dues.
A member may request a Condition Transfer by requesting a Form 11.06, completing it, then submitting it to the Lodge or to the Secretary thereof. The request will be noted in the Notice that it will be voted upon at the next stated meeting. If approved a Form 11.05 will be issued to the member requesting the Conditional Transfer by the Secretary after it has been signed by the three top officers of the Lodge and witnessed by the Secretary.
The Member requesting the Condition will submit the Form 11.05 along with his petition for Membership to the Lodge he wishes to transfer to.
If accepted the Lodge he transferred to will send a form 11.07 to the Lodge he transferred from.
This takes some time.
