Father of Benazir Bhutto.

On 24 Jan 1972, he met with Pakistani military leaders and scientists at Multan and asked the military to develop nuclear weapons for Pakistan. ("The Nuclear Jihadist: page 18)

In Feb. 1973 he held a meeting of important Muslims at Lahore, Pakistan which was a former capitol of the Mughal Empire.  It was attended by 37 leaders of Muslim countries including Col. M. Gadhafi. ("The Nuclear Jihadist: page 22)
