Apollo 

The Greek God of Light who was the son of Zeus and Leto. 

Light, at least to Freemasons, is said to be representative of Knowledge, which should be the great object of our desire.

"And God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light.

The image in the Seal of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania represents Apollo.
