Adjourn

A Lodge does not Adjourn, it closes.

Most organizations Adjourn their meeting after a motion and second to Adjourn and with the approval of a majority of the members present.

Masonic Lodges simply close whenever the Worshipful Master decides to close the Lodge.  No motion or second is needed and no vote is taken.  It is totally up to the Worshipful Master to close his Lodge whenever he decides to so do.
