Harry E. Yarnell

He was the Admiral in the United States Navy who planned an attack on Pearl Harbor as a training exercise in early 1932 in which he used only 2 aircraft carriers, the "Lexington" and the "Saratoga" and 152 planes to make a fake attack on Pearl Harbor.  The fake attack took place at 30 minutes before dawn on 07 February 1932.  this war game was observed by Japanese observers on Hawaii who reported its success to Tokyo.  This was the basic plan for the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on 07 December 1941.  The Japs used the basic plan that was developed by the USN.
