Lambert of St Omer 

Lambert of St Omer is said to have been the person that translated the scrolls brought to him by Godfrey de St Omer that were  found by the original members of the Knights Templar at their site in Jerusalem.  Lambert is said to have made an unauthorized copy of one of the scrolls which is now said to exist in the library of Ghent University.  Lambert of St Omer may have been killed by Godfrey de St Omer for making this copy.
