Alexander Hamilton 

He was badly wounded in a duel and dies shortly thereafter.  While on his deathbed he was visited by a minister of the Scotch Presbyterian Church of New York named John Mason.  (See MPD_0012 for more information contained in a letter from Thomas Paine to John Mason concerning Mason's deathbed visit with General Alexander Hamilton.)
