Licio Gelli

He became a Mason in 1963 and is said to have gained control of the P2 Lodge by 1966.

He is said to have been a member of the Knights of Malta or perhaps the American Order of the Knights of Malta.

During the 1980s he is said to have turned the Propaganda Masonica Due Masonic Lodge in Italy into a worldwide fascist conspiracy, with the help of the CIA, the Mafia, and the Vatican Bank. 

It is reported that he was a business partner of Klaus Barbie and that he was a financial backer of Juan Peron, the South American dictator.  He seems to have been an honored guest at Ronald Reagan's inauguration.  He claims to have been on friendly terms with George Bush (Father).
