Dear Brethren,
On Monday May 27th Waymart Lodge # 542 will be conducting its bus trip to Gettysburg, PA. The day will include a ceremony for the rededication of the “Friend to Friend Monument”, a parade, and touring of the battlegrounds. Depending on the head count, we will most likely obtain a full sized bus for this trip. Please advise Brother Bill Vargas if you would like to attend, he can be reached at (570) 604-1815. Costs for the trip will be $20.00 per person and will need to be paid in full by May 15th.
As mentioned in previous trestle board messages, our annual raffle tickets have been printed and are ready for circulation and sale. Please join me in making a strong effort to sell out these tickets, the raffle is a crucial part of our Lodge’s ability to raise funds for charity and Lodge operating expenses.
