| On December 7, 2005 the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania voted to merge its two sole-ownership non-profit corporations, the Pennsylvania Youth Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Masonic Foundation for Children, effective January 1, 2006. A new Board of Directors for the renamed Pennsylvania Masonic Youth Foundation was appointed to determine which programs will be continued under the new structure.
